Abstract
We present the resolution of a PGD in a carrier of a de novo reciprocal translocation (4, 13) (q27, q32) using a multiple quantitative fluorescent PCR (QF-PCR) with polymorphic markers (STRs) linked to the long arms of the chromosomes involved in translocation.
