Abstract
Assisted Reproductive Techniques involves embryo, sperm and oocyte freezing. Survival rates were initially lower for oocyte freezing, Today survival rates from cryopreserved oocytes are higher and pregnancy rates are very similar to fresh eggs. We now report the first pregnancy from vitrified eggs published in Central America, and comment actual literature about this technique.
