Abstract

This is the first report in Brazil of a pregnancy following the combination of two state-of-the-art technologies in human assisted reproduction: IVM and embryo vitrification. The present strategy allows, within the infertility treatment, to increase gestational rates, because it gets round a potential poor endometrial growth, as it adequately prepares the uterus for embryo transfer in a later cycle to IVM.
